License — ExerciseBank

What you get

Access to the ExerciseBank catalogue and media through the API, for one product, for as long as your plan is active. The library, the videos, the stills and the metadata remain the property of TotalCoaching.

What you can do

Show exercises, clips, stills, descriptions and cues to your product's users, inside your product.
Store the catalogue metadata in your own systems to search and build on it.
Translate, reword, or add your own fields alongside ours.
Cache signed media briefly on the device for playback, as a video player normally does.

What you cannot do

Download, copy, re-host or redistribute the videos or stills, or make them available outside your product.
Sell, sublicense or share the catalogue or your API key with another company or product.
Use the library to build a competing exercise database, or to train machine-learning models, without a written agreement.
Remove or obscure a watermark, or work around the signed-URL and limit mechanisms.
Run a product available to the public on the sandbox plan.

Media and availability

Media is served from our CDN through short-lived links. We aim for the API and CDN to be available at all times and publish incidents to paid accounts; an SLA is part of Enterprise agreements. We may fix, add or retire exercises; every change is listed in the changelog and retired ids keep resolving for at least twelve months.

Term and ending

Plans are monthly and cancel from the dashboard. When a plan ends, access drops to the sandbox and any locally stored media must be deleted; catalogue metadata you stored may be kept for your records but not used in a product. We may end access for breach of this license, with notice where possible.

Liability

Exercises are demonstrations, not medical advice; your product decides who does what. The library is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
